FAQ
Can I change only the dial?
Yes. Each part can be changed on its own, for example just the dial colour and logo, with everything else as it is.
Can I use my own movement?
Yes. Name the movement in your enquiry and we will check whether the case, dial and hands need adjusting.
Can you supply the parts without a movement?
Yes. We deliver either as a parts kit without the movement, or as finished watches with the movement fitted.
Can you work without a design?
Yes. Tell us the style, reference models and budget, and we will send a design proposal.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Tick “Samples” in the form and we will explain how sampling works and what it costs.
How are samples tested?
Samples are tested for salt spray, rubbing, abrasion, tensile strength and UV. At approval we check finish, dimensions and function, with drop, timekeeping and water-resistance tests when needed.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the project. Add your expected quantity in the form and we will cover it in the quote.
